FAQ
Questions before your first visit.
What does a commission cost?
Our illustrative house-selection ranges are HK$18,000–22,000 for a two-piece suit, HK$12,000–15,000 for a jacket, HK$1,800–2,800 for a shirt and HK$20,000–26,000 for an overcoat. Refined and Special selections cost more. These are assumptions for this demo, confirmed in a written quotation.
Can I complete a suit in a ten-day visit?
A ten-day visit covers measuring. The baste and forward fittings fall about two and four weeks later, so they need another visit. Send your dates and we would discuss a return visit before agreeing the work.
How many visits does a garment need?
Two fittings after measuring for a suit, jacket or overcoat, and one trial fitting for a shirt. Extra adjustments can add visits.
What is the difference between bespoke and made to measure?
Bespoke here means an individual pattern developed through fittings. Made to measure adapts an existing base pattern. We do not offer made to measure or a 24-hour service.
Do you make women’s suits and jackets?
Yes, through the same process. Tell us the silhouette and use, and the cutter confirms in person whether the commission fits our capabilities. Dressmaking and bridal gowns are outside this example.
We are planning a wedding. Where do we start?
With the occasion date and a rough garment count. Each wearer needs their own fitting plan, and we agree those visits before a group commission. No group discount is assumed.
Do you alter garments after collection?
We assess the work and agree any charge before proceeding. This demo does not promise lifetime free alterations.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
No. A free request is always available. After a free request for a sample trunk-show visit, you can choose an optional, fully refundable HK$1,000 appointment-request deposit. In this demo it is simulated.
Can you ship the finished garment?
Yes, once every required fitting is done. Delivery charges, destination taxes and duties are quoted separately. Shipping never replaces a fitting.
How would I pay?
This demo models a hosted Checkout page for the optional deposit and asks for no card details. Payment methods for a real garment would be confirmed in the quotation.
