Our process

Your commission, step by step.

See what happens between measuring and collection.

  1. 01

    First conversation

Explore a garment and its cloth range, and check whether your travel allows the planned visits. Prepare a brief by hand or with your own assistant. Mira would reply within two Hong Kong business days.

  2. 02

    Measure in person

The cutter measures you, discusses how you wear your clothes and checks the cloth with you. We issue a written quotation and fitting plan before cutting.

  3. 03

    Baste or trial fitting

For suits, jackets and coats a baste fitting checks the partly assembled shape. A shirt has one trial fitting.

  4. 04

    Forward fitting

A later fitting checks the more complete garment. Further adjustments can add visits and time.

  5. 05

    Finish

Collection includes a final check. Shipping is agreed separately after the in-person fittings and never replaces one.

What bespoke means here

An individual pattern developed through fittings. Made to measure adapts an existing base pattern; “24-hour” describes a speed offer, not a construction. We do not offer made to measure or a 24-hour service.

Can I get a suit in 48 hours?

Our sample bespoke plan needs later physical fittings. Send the dates so we can discuss whether a return visit could work.

Can I send my measurements?

We measure in person. The brief is for your preferences.
